President of Franz Tatum Wealth Management and is a Cᴇʀᴛɪғɪᴇᴅ Fɪɴᴀɴᴄɪᴀʟ Pʟᴀɴɴᴇʀ™. She has been in the financial services industry since 1989 and is a native of the Coachella Valley. She has attended College of the Desert, California State University, San Bernardino and has completed the financial planning certification program through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (www.cfp.net). She has also completed the requirements needed to earn multiple FINRA securities licenses along with her State of California Insurance License.

Gloria also has the distinguished honor of being chosen as one of 2013’s Business Woman of the Year award recipient presented by Assemblymember V. Manual Perez and graduate of the 2002-2003 Leadership Coachella Valley program. This program looks to enhance the leadership skills of local professionals (www.leadershipcv.org). Since 2008 she is also a proud board trustee of the Coachella Valley History Museum (www.cvhm.org). Since 2015 she has had the privilege of being a community member on the Editorial Board at The Desert Sun (www.desertsun.com).

She believes in living her life with a positive outlook and a holistic approach to all aspects of life. She is part of large extended family and has the honor of having been married to Ruben A. Franz, since 1995 and she is proud to be a mom to their lovely daughter, Sophia.
